Web designer / developer

Web designers/developers are responsible for creating and developing websites. This means working on a new website or updating an existing website.

 Job responsibilities are as follows:

  •  Creating a website design
  •  Creating a sample page
  •  Meeting with customers to discuss requirements and project progress
  •  Demonstrate website design and get feedback 
  •  Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and software development
  •  Develop skills and expertise in the appropriate software/programming language such as HTML and Javascript
  •  Create user-friendly, effective and attractive products
  •  Digital retouching and image processing
  •  Work as part of an interdisciplinary team

 Additional time may be required as pressure may be applied to meet the deadline.

Graphic Designer

The activities of a typical graphic designer are:

  • Contact the client to determine needs and budget
  • Management of client proposals from typesetting to design, printing and production
  • Work with clients to explain and advise on design styles, formats, print production, timeframes
  • Development of product illustrations, company logos, website concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Specify the size and placement of text and images, and the style and size of fonts
  • Creating a rough material draft based on the agreed briefing
  • Check the final layout and suggest improvements as needed
  • Work regularly with external printers to ensure that deadlines are met and that your material is printed in the highest quality.

Social Media Marketer

Social Media Manager manages social media marketing and advertising for you and your company. Management includes, but is not limited to;

  • Intentional planning, strategy, and goal setting
  • Improving brand awareness and online reputation
  • Content management (including website)
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and inbound traffic generation
  • Fostering leads and sales
  • Reputation management

 Additional time may be required as pressure may be applied to meet the deadline.

Customer Relations and Sales Representatives

Customer Relations and Sales Representatives

 The duties of a customer and sales representative include but are not limited to

 Responsibilities of the job include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Schedule appointments with customers and manage your appointment calendar.
  • Keep a record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Contact and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • We ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

There can be some pressure to meet deadlines, so extra hours may be required.
